  1. Short:    Filetype depending actions with whatis.library

  7. This is a little arexx script which finds filetype and 
  8. processes the files in a user-defined way similar to the
  9. wb-datatypes.
  10.  
  11. Usage: bigactor "File"
  12. (As bigactor is an arexx script you should set the script-bit)
  13.  
  14. Preferences:

  16. The prefs are stored in
  17. envarc:ba3.action
  18.  
  19. you can easily add a filetype which is declared for whatis.library
  20.  
  21. TYPE Guide
  22. multiview %s
  23.  
  24. these two lines are needed for passing all Guide files to multiview.
  25. Now you only have create a button for Opus or an Appicon with one of
  26. the many Tools for those purpose :)

  28. Now edit the prefs-file to use your personal tools ...
